Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at info@cantoncollective.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Email info@cantoncollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Sale items, accessories, and items marked final sale are non-returnable. Swimwear and intimates are also excluded for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Sizing
Most of our brands use Asian sizing, which typically runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US/EU sizing. Each product page includes a size guide — we strongly recommend checking it before ordering.
Size up when in doubt, especially for fitted styles. If you're unsure, email us with your measurements and the product link and we'll advise.
Orders
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, we may not be able to intercept the order before it ships. Email info@cantoncollective.com immediately.
